MSU announces 12 recipients of alumni distinguished scholarships EAST LANSING, Mich. - Twelve outstanding high-achieving students from throughout the nation have been named Alumni Distinguished Scholars for 1999 at Michigan State University.
The Michigan State University Alumni Club of Oakland County has one of the oldest and largest scholarship programs of any alumni club.
